Due to new county Covid guidelines we are requesting all attendees wear masks. No one will enter unless they are wearing a mask. (I know this is a pain) Sign up sheet will be put out 1/2 hr. before sale. My sign up sheet is the only one that will be honored. Everything is as is, where is and all sales are final . Children must be attached to hand of adult or will be asked to leave. No large bags or purses allowed. Bring help to move large items and all items must be removed by end of sale. Cash or check with proper ID .CASH PREFERRED! Not responsible for accidents. No early prices. No early sales. The owners are conducting the sale but will be assisted by RB ZOLLAR ESTATE SALES
