This is a CASH ONLY sale. No Venmo or Zelle accepted. Many of the large items are in the basement and buyer will need to provide all the muscle to bring the items upstairs. All items paid for at the sale have to be picked up no later than Wednesday September 22nd. Tools and disassembly required for some items. Covid protocol will be followed. Anyone entering the house will wear a mask. We will limit the number of people inside at one time.
