9) Bring assistance when removing furniture from the home, we are limited in the amount of help we can give when it comes to removing furniture from the home. If you require assistance to move furniture out of the home, a charge of $40 will be added to your purchase price.

1)  There is NO PUBLIC RESTROOM available at this sale, please plan accordingly.

2)  Certain areas of the house will be closed off to the public.  So please pay attention to the signs.  If the sign says DO NOT ENTER NOTHING FOR SALE IN THIS AREA, please leave the door closed.  Let's not make this weird.

3)  You will be responsible for the removal of all items from the home, including furniture.  Should you require assistance to remove heavy or bulky items, an additional charge of $10 will be added to your total purchase price.

We again, are proud to bring you a clean and smoke free home, that is packed full of fun and treasures.  Everything is clean and neat, and will, at some point in time be very well organized, but we wanted to get this one on line, and get the excitement started.  So please note, that again, everything that you see is for sale.  The home is clean and neat and smoke free.

The home is also going to be for sale as well, so please inquire within.  Flyers will be available too

We have, as you will see, lots and lots of Christmas and other Holiday items for sale.  We have collections, ceramics, vintage, old, older, and just plain, how has this lasted this long?

Readers Digest vintage Santa and Mrs. Clause's.  Crock pots, slow cookers, serving and utensils.

We also have a very huge selection of women's clothing too, and everything will be priced to sell.

Ever thought you might need a coffee can full of nails and or screws, we got you covered!!

We do have some exceptional examples of Mid Century Modern furniture pieces as well, all in wonderful condition.  The kitchen table and chairs set is outstanding.  We have a few other pieces as well, in various rooms too.  We also have some great outdoor swings, and gliders too.

Your going to have a great time looking around, and seeing everything that we have for sale.  This home is on the smaller side, so we may have to restrict the number of people in the home at one time, but the basement is finished, and the garage is nice too, so depending on where everyone goes, we could be ok.

Again, we will update, or add pictures as we go, but we have so much, that we wanted to get this out and let the excitement build!!!

Women's clothing and outerwear from size M to XL.  Some of the clothing items are vintage, some recent, all in good condition with no odors, stains, rips or tears.

We also have lots of women's shoes as well all shoes in remarkable condition and size 7.

So, we are starting to get organized, and showing more items for sale.  Thanks for bearing with us, and understanding that sometimes, not all the time, we need to do things just a little out of the box, which we are pretty certain that we started 2024 by breaking all the rules.  So thank you.

Update  04/14/2024, we cleaned it up, made it look really nice, and we are packed and ready to go.  This house has so so much to offer, we found so much stuff organizing, that it is simply incredible.  Basement, garage and house are all packed with treasures.
