Downtown Grand Rapids Pickers Sale Part 1

Terms

Day 2: 30% off items.
Numbers will be handed out at 9:30 AM. Sale starts at 10:00 AM. You must be present when your number is called, or you will be skipped and required to get a new number. NO EXCEPTIONS.

• Hooked Estate Sales LLC and the homeowner are not responsible for any injuries or accidents on the premises.
• We accept CASH, VENMO and CREDIT CARD (Minimum $10.00). A Credit Card fee of 3% will be added to Credit Card transactions.
• No large bags permitted (We have shopping baskets available for your convenience).
• No parking on lawns or in driveways (VIOLATORS WILL BE TOWED AT THEIR EXPENSE).
• You must bring help for moving larger items. We do not move or assist of the moving of items.
• All sales final. All items sold as is, where is. No holds and no refunds after items are sold.
• NO presale of items or PRICING given prior to the opening of the sale.
• Offers will be held until the last day and decisions are at the sole discretion of Hooked Estate Sales.
• For safety reasons small children always need to be accompanied by an adult.
• We discount remaining items on our second (final) sale day (Saturday) up to 50% off. We reserve the right to exclude specific items from this discount.

PARKING ON THE STREET PERMITTED EXCEPT WHERE NO PARKING SIGNS EXIST. DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAYS, FIRE HYDRANTS OR MAILBOXES, DO NOT PARK ON GRASS AND PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF THE PROPERTY.
