All merchandise sold AS IS, so please check carefully. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We accept cash, local checks with picture ID, and credit cards. Thank you for understanding that there is a 3% processing fee for all credit/debit purchases.
Please be careful throughout the building as modaluca is not responsible for any accidents that may occur on the property.
All purchases must be removed from the premises by Thursday, August 30, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. Modaluca does not provide moving services, but a vendor recommendation can be provided upon request

This sale will be held on Saturday, August 18th and Sunday, August 19th from 9am-3 pm.

Team modaluca is pleased to present an array of handsome office furnishings and equipment from the law offices of Raftery and Barron, PC.  The partnership has recently disbanded, and there are approximately 8,000 square feet of offices with sturdy cherry-finish desks, extensions, credenzas, bookcases, 1 granite conference room table and 2 oak conference tables, leather desk chairs,  fabric side chairs, and many other furnishings.
