Nothing to be removed from premises until purchases are paid for.

All sales are final no returns - Everything sold as is where it is.

You must load all purchases so bring a friend if you intend to purchase something heavy! PLEASE NOTE: Due to limited liability insurance Four Season Estate Sales team members are NOT permitted to help move or load large items!

Sign up Sheet: Official Four Seasons sign in sheet will be out at 9:00 am the FIRST day of the sale ONLY! All other days are on a first come first serve basis.

We will open at the posted time and NOT before!

ABSOLUTELY NO SALES PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF THE SALE, so please do not ask. We are not able to answer specific questions regarding pricing.

Bring boxes and packing material and help (particularly for furniture) to take all your treasures home! We will have a limited supply so ensure your purchases make it home safely.

LIABILITY WAIVER The sellers or the liquidators of this estate sale are NOT liable for accidents or injury of any kind as a result of visiting this property.
