2008 BMW 650i, 2 door coupe, excellent physical condition, 192,200 miles. The car has been Maryland State Inspected but FAILED. Being sold as-is, I am receiving offers and will sell to the highest offer AFTER THE ESTATE SALE. The car needs the following repairs to pass inspection/get tagged:

-4 tires

-front & rear brake pads & rotors

-rack & pinion is leaking needs repair/replaced

-oil leak on manifold, needs diagnosis & repair
