Storage Solutions Available: Both locations offer short and long-term storage for additional fees.

PICK UP DATES:

Scheduled pickups: Must be scheduled 24 hours in advance.
Available Dates: Mon, May 6 - Wed, May 8.
Pickup Times: Between 10AM - 2PM each day.
Transport Notice: Items requiring transport between locations need a 2-week notice.

Thank you for your interest in our auction. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before submitting a bid.

TERMS OF SALE:

All property offered and sold through Trunky Fresh Auctions shall be offered and sold on the terms and conditions below.

By bidding at the auction by internet, or other means, the buyer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

All bidders bidding by third parties such as LiveAuctioneers are subject to their additional terms and conditions.

ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS, where is.

All sales are final. No returns. No refunds. No exceptions.

Most items are in used or vintage condition and the absence of a condition in the description does not imply that there are no additional defects.

Descriptions are provided as a courtesy and are a matter of opinion and bidders should carefully review all photographs prior to bidding.

All items are sold to the highest bidder by the auctioneer. The auctioneer has the right to not accept any bid. Bidding may be reopened at the discretion of the auctioneer. The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any item at any time and may choose to reoffer the item at another time, at auctioneer's sole discretion.

ONLINE BIDDING: Online bidders using the LiveAuctioneers platform must complete payment through LivePayments. Bidders must have a valid verified credit card on file. Bidders without a credit card on file will not be approved to bid.

Invoices are subject to a 30% buyer's premium and are bound by the terms of LivePayments.

Bidders will be charged by LiveAuctioneers immediately after auction close and receipt of invoice.

Invoice amount will include the hammer price, 30% buyers premium, sales tax (unless tax exempt forms have been filed and approved by LiveAuctioneers), shipping fees if any, and processing fees from LiveAuctioneers.

Invoices are also subject to additional service fees from LivePayments.

There are no other payment options when bidding with LiveAuctioneers unless invoices in the amount of $3,000.00 and over which must then be paid by guaranteed funds such as ACH, or wire transfer.

We do not accept checks, cash, or international credit cards.

Non-payment of an invoice will result in a dispute on LiveAuctioneers and inability to participate in future auctions.

3. PAYMENTS ACCEPTED: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Wire Transfer, or ACH.

We do not accept Paypal, Zelle, Wise, Venmo, or international credit cards. Invoices in the amount of $3,000.00 and over must be guaranteed funds via ACH or wire transfer.

Bidders give Trunky Fresh Auctions permission to charge the credit card supplied at the time of registration if payment is not made within the auctions specific payment time frame.

All bidders will have a dispute placed on their account and will be blocked from bidding with us if payment is not made within the designated payment period. The dispute will be resolved only once the payment is received. The credit card supplied at the time of registration may be charged if payment is not made within the auction's specific payment time frame.

4. SALES TAX: All purchases are subject to LiveAuctioneers sale tax policies which will be included on the LiveAuctioneers invoice.

5. ITEM PICKUP: The item's pickup location and address are on the invoice,

Please be sure you have the correct location of items before bidding as items are located at more than one location.

The winning bidder or their shipping agent must bring all necessary packing material and help to move larger items.

Trunky Fresh is not responsible for moving or loading items into vehicles due to insurance liability and cannot assist.

Bidders or their shipping agents who arrive without sufficient help to load and pick up their items during the specified period will need to reschedule or may forfeit items at Trunky Fresh's sole discretion.

Additional fees may apply in the event that pick up appointments are rescheduled or are outside of the pick up window.

Damage that occurs during shipping by a confirmed, third-party shipper is the responsibility of the shipper.

All invoices must have a signature from the bidder or shipper before leaving our facilities, which confirms the condition as stated in the catalog.

Items will not be released without confirmation of a shippers name and arrival date.

All confirmations must be in writing through email and on file by the end of the advertised pick-up window.

Items left after the pickup window will incur a minimum $10/day storage fee per item.

Large items such as furniture may incur additional storage fees at Trunky Fresh's sole discretion. Items that remain 30 days post-auction will be considered abandoned without a refund and become the property of Trunky Fresh Auction.

6. SHIPPING: A sale cannot be voided due to unforeseen shipping costs.

Shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the bidder.

Trunky Fresh does not offer any in-house shipping options.

Shippers contacts are provided as a courtesy and Trunky Fresh does not guarantee nor warrant shippers performance.

Bidders are encouraged to obtain quotes of shipping costs before bidding on an item. Unforseen shipping costs will not be reason to void a sale.

RESTRICTED ITEMS:

All USA and international buyers should be aware that certain countries or states do not allow the importation of items containing materials made from endangered species. This includes, but is not limited to ivory, coral, and tortoise shell. It is the buyer's responsibility to check with relevant import and customs regulations prior to bidding.

AUTOPAY

If you have not contacted Trunky Fresh to arrange payment within 1 day of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
