Heritage Harbor Estate Sale – HOUSE ABSOLUTLEY PACKED!

UPDATE: Although the sale inside the home wont start until 9am Sunday - we will let folks shop our 100+ boxes "pickers paradise" area in the garage AND driveway once we get it set up around 8:30am. The garage is packed with TONS AND TONS of stuff to dig thru we simply didn't have room in the house for!  The main sale inside still starts at 9am but while you are waiting we figured we might as well let folks make some piles out front. See you Sunday!

We hope everyone can join us the weekend of March 10^th & 11^th in the Heritage Harbor Community located in Annapolis, Maryland. This is a very unique sale, in that, we will be offering a wonderful mix of both old and new merchandise. Like many of our usual sales, the home has many rare old collectibles, unique items from around the world, fine & costume jewelry, sports memorabilia, tools, and books ect. What makes this sale stand out, is we also have thousands of new kitchen, office, and household items still new in the box as well as clothing new with tags. Therefore, if you love digging thru old treasures for resale and collecting or prefer purchasing new items for immediate use – this sale truly has something for everyone. As you can see from the photos , the owner not only loved bringing home items from her travels around the world – she also couldn’t pass up shopping right from her sofa on QVC – SHE LOVED TO SHOP!

The house is COMPLETELY PACKED FROM FLOOR TO CEILING and we are doing our best to make the home shopable but many items will still be priced on the fly – there is simply too many items to tag everything. The home is of average size, but since there is so much merchandise in every room, we will need to restrict the amount of folks in at one time. We will however, have hundreds of boxes in both the garage and down the drive-way we simply don’t have room inside for which everyone waiting to enter the house will be able to shop the second you show up. In short, it’s a fantastic sale for all, but we will need everyone to bring their patience and manners to make a very packed, tight estate sale fun for everyone! We have just 1 weekend to find a new home for all these great items and no reasonable offers will be refused. We have spent literally WEEKS staging the house as best we can. Each room is overflowing with merchandise and we ask you PLEASE shop with care leaving our displays as neat as you found them (yes - the clothes too!). If you can shop slow and easy you will have a great time and get some great deals. If you come running in like a hurricane, leaving a trail of destruction behind you - you will be asked to leave immediately - no exceptions. We are VERY FRIENDLY folks to deal with - but any good deal is a two way street!

Our staff will be onsite approx. 2 hours before our 9am opening time to give out numbers for folks who want to be the first shoppers. Once you have a number you are free to go grab breakfast and return a few minutes before 9 for an orderly line-up – WE WILL NEVER OPEN EARLY. HOWEVER, THIS WEEK WE WILL ALLOW FOLKS TO "SHOP" THE GARAGE/DRIVEWAY ITEMS ONCE WE GET SET-UP AROUND 8am. The house will not be open for shopping until 9am but if you are here early the 100s of boxes we had to take to the garage are a pickers paradise and should keep you busy while waiting for the inside of the home to be open.  Please allow plenty of travel/shopping time as we approach closing time. Anyone inside by closing can shop but no one else will be admitted after exact closing times.

Heritage Harbor is a wonderful part of Annapolis and most of its residents are retired so please be EXTRA POLITE & SENSITIVE when parking. DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAYS, keep the morning noise down, and of course DO NOT PARK ON GRASS, it’s been very wet lately! See you at the sale!

6% Maryland Sales Tax Applies - *Dealer/ Tax-Exempt purchases must be accompanied by your up to date MARYLAND ONLY Sales & Use Certificate unless you are already in our system.

WE CLOSE RIGHT AT STATED TIMES TO DO OUR ACCOUNTING - PLEASE ALLOW AMPLE DRIVE/SHOPPING TIME. Each week someone comes right at closing and is very upset we cant make an exception, don't be this person!

ALL SALES FINAL and being sold as is, as found in the estate.

Plenty of parking but please do not block driveways and be sure to treat all neighbors lawn with care. Early birds please remember weekend are most folks day off - keep the noise to a minimum when waiting out front.
