We will probably let the first 20 or so in, we will call you in the order of each person's number, then there may be a little bit of a wait to get in, but it generally moves along pretty well! We do not use a sign up sheet on the property, we find this texting method to work better for everyone. Thank you for following along!
PARKING: there is parking on ONE SIDE OF THE street but please be careful and do not block driveways or mailboxes!!!

Please Note: Due to our insurance company we cannot help carry large items out for our customers. Please bring assistance to help with your items. If you purchase large furniture it would be best if you could pick it up right after the sale ends on each day.
Please bring your own packing materials and transport materials, if necessary - boxes, dolly, hand trucks, etc.) bring help to load large items. We will have some newspaper/bubble wrap and some bags for your convenience. Please bring blankets to protect surroundings if bringing larger items out. We are not responsible for accidents.

This sale offers a variety of goodies, including a 1996 Pontiac Firebird (white) with T-Tops that do not leak! The rebuilt engine has only 10k miles on it!
Excellent condition Craftsman riding mower with several accessories included, Craftsman snowblower, in also excellent condition. Thatch lifter, weed wacker, and other miscellaneous tool items. Not everything shown in the pictures as fas as the garage is concerned will be for the sale - the owners are still figuring out what they are taking and not taking and it will come down to the wire on this one!
Cultivating machine also by Craftsman. chainsaw, propane heater, bikes, pavers, tomato cages, outdoor tall chiminea, , odds & ends, covered swing, ladders, 2 tvs, leather couch and chair, kids bunkbeds/bedroom set, stools, kitchen items, homegoods.Christmas items, household goods, antique goblets, brand name sunglasses, BOSE speakers, other electronics, gaming system, garden items, lots to still go through!
As stated, the owner may or may not take other items, hopefully NOT but we will see - he may or may not leave more than pictured, or a bit less than pictured. We are trying our best here. The owners are super nice people! It is a lot to deal with as they are moving a long distance away.
The TV's are for sale BUT they want them until the end of May! So if you buy them at the sale, that is fine, but they will NOT be available until the end of May. Same with the riding lawn mower. Just a heads-up! Patience is a virtue after all!!
