The sale is being held on the lower level of the house. The entrance will be very clearly marked, however access requires going down three small steps; we are not liable for any accidents.
We are not responsible for transportation of goods. Please provide your own assistance for transport of any and all purchases, for example lifting, carrying, or loading large or heavy items.
All sales are final. No returns or refunds. We are not responsible for any damage to purchases once a sale is completed.
