Terms

Sale will be Thursday, April 18 from 2-7, Friday, April 19. Saturday, April 20 from 8-3 and Sunday April 21 from 9-2. (TIMES and DATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE).

We accept cash (no bills larger than a $20), PayPal and Venmo, no credit cards. Bring your own packing and boxes. If you buy furniture, please bring someone to assist you as we cannot move furniture. All items must be removed from home prior to end of sale unless prior arrangements are made. You may enter thru front gate and line up on sidewalk. We will open front door at opening of sale.

Enter at your own risk. Not responsible for accidents or injuries. All items sold as is. No returns. Family reserves right to remove items prior to sale. Also, the sale is being held on the second floor of this historic home. You must be able to walk up 20 steps to attend sale. Unfortunately, there is no handicap accessibility. You must also be able to carry down your purchased items to checkout on ground floor as we will not have extra personnel to assist you with this.

We will be doing PRESALES for this sale due to the voluminous amount of items in this house. Please text (preferred) or call 985-264-6420 to make an appointment. Appointments will be made from between 10-2 on the days we will be working there. We don’t live in New Orleans so it will only be on select days, no evenings or weekends.

UPDATE Friday April 19th;

On Saturday, we will begin discounting items 50%.  On Sunday, the discount will be 75%,

Jazz Fest framed posters will be excluded together with Melanie Taylor Hunt lithographs.

We have been doing pre-sales the last three weeks so several items have been sold that are within a picture.  We have tried to mark larger items as Sold.  If you are interested in a particular item, you can text us at 985-264-6420 and we can let you know if item is still available.

Please remember that sale is located on second floor of home and requires you to climb 20 steps.  You must be able to carry your items down stairs as well.  We will not have extra personnel to assist you.
