This is a beautiful ranch style, one floor plan Condo. There is plenty of nearby guest parking - you may have to cross Scarley Way to the other side of Mimosa where there is more parking and walk -

We accept credit cards with proper ID and of course cash.

We do not offer presales - we do not permit videos or photos to be taken due to privacy.

Please bring your own help to load, we do not have available staff to assist with loading and your own containers for packing, we will not have any available.

We reserve the right to, if conditions dictate to start the sale early - we do give out numbers and will limit the number of people in at one time. The vintage toys and games will be in one room and we will limit the number people at one time.
