1. Please do not park in driveway as it is only being used to load larger items.

2. Bring help to load large items and all the items you might need to load, like moving blankets, tarps, rope or bungee cords.

3. We have made every effort to describe this item as accurately as possible with any defects. Expect normal signs of wear associated with antiques, vintage, and used items. We do not list every flaw. All items are sold AS IS. No refunds or returns. Caring Transitions does not guarantee the working order of any clock, watch, electronic or mechanical device. Dimensions given may be approximate.

4. Not responsible for accidents.

5. We except cash and all major credit cards.
