Friends, this is a first for us. We're pleased to present this estate sale, however the apartment is small and packed full. There is no room to walk around. So, we've decided to do part one with a 'garage sale' to make room for the 2-day sale we will have on April 26-27. Lots of goodies including a smaller-sized wheel chair, wheel chair ramp, garden items, pet supplies, lamps, some tools, patio set, box of antique books, kitchen wares and more. Many items priced at $1.
