• USE NORTH SIDE ENTRANCE OF HOUSE. There will be plenty of parking available on north side parking lot and south side horseshoe driveway.
• ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK. We are not responsible for accidents or mishaps of any kind if you choose to shop at this sale.
• We do NOT offer Previews or Pre-Sales
• EVERY ITEM HAS A PRICE. If something does not have a price it is not for sale.
• PLEASE EXERCISE PATIENCE at this sale and be polite to other shoppers.
• All SALES ARE FINAL.
• All LARGE ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BEFORE 4pm SATURDAY. Bring your own help to move large items. Staff will not be able to help load items.
