Douglas Runyan is a noted Indiana artist and longtime collector. He and his wife Laura have a built an extensive collection of principally Hoosier artist and artisans. Featured in this sale are pieces by noted Hoosier artists Homer Davisson and Louis Bonsib, among many others. Their collections also include Indy racing memorabilia, an extensive autograph collection, US coins and stamps, and advertising ephemera.
Mr. Runyan is preparing to retire from his law practice and will be pursuing his career as an artist. He is also selling some of his own art and art supplies, framing material, etc. The sale also includes some of Laura’s jewelers supplies, quality furnishings, decor, household items and more.
