Auction Terms & Conditions Conditions of Sale:
All invoices must be paid for and removed by Tuesday, September 28th (3:00 pm-6:00 pm).

Item Condition:
While Flipside Estate & Consignment Concierge does not authenticate items in our sales, we do make every effort to provide accurate descriptions and photos. Bidders are encouraged to perform due diligence on items prior to bidding. Bidders may email contact@flipsideestates.com with questions about items up to 8 hours within the close of online bidding. Items are sold "As Is" and all sales are final.

Payment Information:
Flipside Estate and Consignment Concierge personally will process payments in person at pick up or through an emailed invoice. Flipside accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & AMEX as well as cash at local pick up. The winning bidder will receive an invoice within 24 hours of the sale's end with details on payment.

Shipping Terms:
Shipping will not be available for this specific sale.

Buyer's Premium:
There is an 8% Buyer's Premium on all winning bids.

Buyer's Tax:
Indiana State's Sales Tax 7% will be applied.

Bidding Approvals:
Bids made over $1000.00 will need to be manually approved by Flipside Estate and Consignment Concierge.

We accept cash and card at all of our sales!

Be sure to bring appropriate help and tools for the removal of large items. For breakable or fragile items, please be prepared with packing paper and boxes. All sales are final.
