Please bring paper and totes or boxes if you plan on buying multiple items, as we do not furnish packing and boxes on request. The property has sold and everything has to go!
Sorry: No Early Previews or Early Sales! We will not let any dealers or buyers in before the sale to insure that everyone has a fair chance to buy from this outstanding collection.
Cash or Check- We do accept Credit/Debit with a 3% charge of the total sale. This fee allows us to offer the convenience of Credit/Debit exclusively.
Numbers will be passed out at 8:30, and sale will open at 9. Due to the amount of breakables: the number of people let in at a time will be limited to 25 at opening- if we see there is room for more, we will allow another small group in. Bring Help for loading and hauling both heavy and large items.
Again: There are a large number of breakable items. Please respect our clients property, and be courteous of others (customers as well as staff). Please also be considerate of neighbors as this is a fine neighborhood.
We are pricing items at fair and reasonable market value, so there are no discounts on Friday. All items will be marked down by 20% on Saturday. On Sunday, All items with the exception of jewelry will be marked down 50% off.
