CASH and CREDIT CARDS. 2.75% service charge on all credit/debit cards. All sales final. All merchandise must be picked up by the end of the last day of sale. Not responsible for accidents or injuries incurred during the course of the sale. No pre-sales or pricing provided before the sale. No children under the age of 12. No food or beverage. WE WILL HONOR A "WATCHED" LIST. Names will be called from the list in the order they were added. Terms and conditions subject to change.Please respect the neighbors.
