►Great Estate Collectibles accepts cash, checks and credit cards with ID.
►We are not responsible for accidents or injuries during the sale.
►We do not provide pricing information prior to the sale.
►All sales are final so we ask that you inspect your purchases carefully, prior to purchase.
►We do hand out numbers for entrance, please take one per person. If for some reason the numbers are not out we will honor a list that is started.
►If purchasing furniture or other large items, buyer must bring their own help. Our staff can help move furniture but we are limited to the amount of people you may need. Items must be picked up before 3 pm on the last day of the sale.
►First Day is FULL PRICE - SECOND day 9-12, 50% OFF prices $50 and under 25% others. 12:01-3:00 1/2 off everything accept pieces with a reserve.
►We will not disclose pricing before the sale.

This sale is the combination of a golf pro and a shop owner. The family owned the Blue Bird shop in Glenwood, the owner was also a bit of an antique collector, there are absolutely treasures around every corner! The husband used to do wood working, so many tools in the basement. Don't miss out! Reminder that we have changed our typical days so we have time to finish set up, this sale is Saturday and Sunday.
