This sale is Cash or Zelle only.
All estate sale items are sold As Is, Where Is. All sales are final. No returns or exchanges accepted. (we will hold large items with a half cash deposit). You are required to move the items out yourself. All large purchased items must be removed no longer than 24 Hours after full payment purchase. Bring help for removal of larger items.
* Do not park in the driveway in order for it to be used for removal of sold items.
* No backpacks or large purses allowed
* Respect the other homeowners houses on the street.
* Entree is at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries.
We reserve the right to refuse entry. Due to the nature of the sale, if staff is not comfortable with a customer’s actions/words, they will be asked to leave the property. We reserves the right to remove select items from the sale.
