You must text or call when you arrive at the building 312-933-5369 to be let up to the unit. This is a private building.

All sales are final. If you’re caught stealing police will be called license plates will be released to Estate Sales.net
We will give you a deal on the wait out!! We are now accepting Venmo, Zelle and cash.

Please be advised that there is a final step sent to your email giving us permission to send out email notifications to you.
Sign in sheet available after 2 PM the day before the sale.
Please look at our photos until the day of the sale. More items are occasionally added in. We sometimes list prices so you are able to see our starting price. Please respect others when you are visiting one of Chicago Estate Advisors estate sales.

Here are some basic rules for attending:
No large bags are permitted during any estate sale, unless empty.
Everything is priced to sell! However, we are not a thrift store and have done our research on each item we are selling, we have priced each item according to its current worth.
We will not hold any item or items without a deposit on the items.
Must bring your own equipment for large items bought (tape, cords, dolly, transportation).
We are NOT responsible for any injures while on the property or with lifting any items. Please bring someone that can lift heavy items that you are looking to purchase.
We hire security staff, they are NOT able to help lift.
If you are caught stealing, we will take the appropriate measures to contact law enforcement and press charges. You will not be permitted into future sales.
