** All sales are final, and all items are sold as-is. We do not provide refunds or allow exchanges.

** Absolutely no trespassing on property. This is a private sale, and we reserve the right to deny entry to the sale at our sole discretion. We are not responsible for accidents.

** No large purses or bags. We reserve the right to check bags before exiting sale.

** We will honor a watched list. In the event of a dispute, numbers will be given randomly.

** We are unable to provide help moving and loading, so please plan accordingly. We do have the names of several services for hire.

** Pricing is not available before the sale.

** We will consider offers to purchase between 12 and 1 on Saturday, and at the close of the sale.

** We accept cash, and credit and debit cards. Sorry, no checks.

This is the first of a two part sale. Our client has been a world traveler for his entire life, and has collected so many unique annd lovely things. Part one is the house. Part two will be in April, and will be off site selling an extensive collection of jewelry and art objects (these items will NOT be on site in the house).

Some important info about this sale... we are full price on Friday, and on Saturday from open at 10am until noon. We close at noon (but you can still shop the garage). We reopen at 1pm and will have almost all items discounted by 50%. On Sunday, we will be 75% off most items.
