COVID-19 POLICY: In accordance with the CDC and State of Illinois guidelines , we are practicing the following procedures for a safe sale: Please READ the Sale Rules Below to insure everyone's safety:
1. If you have a temperature, are coughing, sneezing, have a runny nose or in any other way feeling ill - PLEASE STAY HOME.
2. Each person, including children over 12, MUST wear a face mask covering their nose and mouth at all times. NO EXCEPTIONS - masks will be available for $1
3. Social Distancing will be followed - only 12-14 in house and 4 in garage or outside tent at any time. Please wait at door until you are asked to come in. Please do not enter the house through back doors - go around to the front to come in again. Please do not enter an already crowded room - go to another.
4. No children under 12 or pets allowed- NO EXCEPTIONS
5. Sanitizer will be available - please use it. House will be sanitized periodically.
6. If you must stand in line, social distancing will be required.
7. When checking out you MUST continue to wear your mask and social distance.
8. All loading & moving is buyer's responsibility - if you ask a staff member you MUST PAY THEM.
* Cash or Credit for purchases over $20(fees apply). All purchases over $1000 cash only.
* ABSOLUTELY NO PERSONAL CHECKS.
* We do not provide furniture moving or loading service - please bring your own OR make arrangements.
