In this sale, you will find rooms that speak to your senses! Start in the dining room and find a Crate and Barrel Dining Table, 8 chairs and a buffet. Above the buffet is an original landscape by Doug Cavanaugh. Walk on the cool Pottery Barn sisal rug. Across from the dining room is a relaxing study where you will find a Haverty’s Solid Armoire Computer Desk, Pottery Bar Leather Chair and Ottoman a few nautical home décors, such as wooden model sailboats, nautical large compass with wooden tripod stand, vintage style use for decorative coffee table or end table, nautical telescope. In the family room try out the Restoration Hardware comfortable sofa, leather ottoman, area rug, lamps, Storehouse media TV stand, speaker system including woofer, mantel artwork. Adjacent to the family room is a Billiard Factory Bedford Bar Pub Table Atlantis Collection with complementary Bedford Bar Stools. Round Area Rug, Do not drink the Alcohol, but you can buy the Bar Rack with heavy wire back liner (like a Baker’s rack). There is an antique (100-year-old) wooden vessel currently used as a vase. You will find linen, pottery and glassware. Kitchen loaded with everything from small appliances to glassware, china, mixing bowls, McCoy Pottery, USA Pottery, pots, pans, and assortment of decanters, kitchen gadgets, yes, if you are into spices, many to chosen from!
Bedroom furniture in three of the four bedrooms; upholstered chairs with ottomans, Pottery Barn and Restoration linens, TVs, towels, small tables, luggage rack. Let us go upstairs, Walk-in linen closet with a variety of linens. There is a White, Metropolitan Corner Desk and Pedestal in great shape, a copy machine in great condition; a closet full of office supplies and things, such as paper, notebooks, travel bags, and other gadgets.
The upstairs bedroom has a nice futon bed, TV and wooden with glass front TV stand. Linens, closet full of women’s apparel. X box.
Collectibles include Jimmy Buffet signed autograph with CD encased and framed. 8x10 signed autograph of Roger Staubach, a couple of Titans collectibles as well, such as a jersey and cap.
Down in the basement you will find everything from very nice Christmas Decorations to vintage Hartman luggage. Contemporary Leather Desk, Lots of home décor items; a collection of Longaberger baskets, health, and fitness equipment. Heritage generator, garden furniture, planter pots, faux trees, Sterlite containers, Field & Stream cases, Gallerie Z artwork, hardback and paperback books, magazines, cd’s DVD’s, albums. Holding all these books and magazine is a wooden four-unit mid-century bookcase in excellent condition.
