Dr. Alan Bickford was a blessed friend and loyal supporter of Forest Hills United Methodist Church. He died in January 2021. He continued his support of the church by bequething his home and all its contents to the church. We are offering the home by sealed bid only. The home is located in a great neighborhood in a cul-de-sac. It is a brick home with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, approximately 1850 square feet. Amenities include a large carport; 16x16 storage building; central heat/air; screened porch; massive attic storage; hardwood floors throughout. Walking distance to McKibbon Lane Elementary School. Offered As-Is. Current tax valuation of $131,651.00. Home is liveable as is, but could benefit from some updating. Forms will be available the days of the sale. The personal property will be sold from the home on September 17-19, 2021. We would like everything to sell and have priced items accordingly.  Please join us for this special event, Friday, September 17th from 9am to 2pm; Saturday, September 18th from 9am to 2pm. Prices on Friday and Saturday will be as marked. Sunday, September 19th from 12pm to 3pm we will be pleased to negotiate any remaining items. 

Inventory includes 100's of books including 40 antique Bibles and many other antique books as early as 1794. Over 500 cd's and dvd's. A very nice washer and dryer. side-by-side refrigerator; Many normal household items. Silver items; Crystal; Porcelians; Antiques; complete dining room furniture set; leather sofa and chairs; bedroom furniture; king size bed; an exceptional selection of high quality men's clothing in 2X and 3X shirts, 42" waist pants; and many other unique items. No guns, no tools, some jewelry, some silver coins. 

All proceeds of this sale will benefit the missions and ministries of Forest Hills United Methodist Church. Come find a treasure! 

This sale will also include 2 vehicles, which are not a part of the Bickford Estate. They are owned by another member of Forest Hills. If sold, a portion of the proceeds will benefit the church. Vehicles are: 1918 Ford Depot Hack - a nice and very rare vehicle; and a 1996 Buick Riviera - an exceptional original car.
