The seller does not make any warranties or representations of the correctness of any description or the physical condition, size, quality, rarity, importance, medium, provenance, or historical relevance of the property auctioned and sold. All references and descriptions of any item sold in this auction are intended for informational purposes only.

The highest Bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer will be the purchaser of the Lot; the auctioneer will have the final discretion regarding any dispute; any lot may be subject to reserve prices set by the seller, which is the confidential minimum price below which such lots will not be sold; the auctioneer reserves the right to execute reserve prices by opening the bidding or continuing the bidding in response to other bidders until reaching the reserve, or beyond; on the fall of the hammer the Lot will pass to the highest Bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer; seller reserves the right to refuse any bidding, dividing lots, combining any two or more lots; seller reserves the right to withdraw any lot at any time without liability.
