•We accept cash and credit cards(3%convenience fee for use of credit card).
•Please bring your own bags, paper and boxes to wrap and pack your items and be prepared to move the items you purchase.
•No restrooms available.
•For safety reasons, we reserve the right to limit the number of people entering.
•Please no large handbags but inspectable shopping bags are fine
•Shoplifting or price switching is stealing and will not be tolerated. Police will be called & charges pressed.
•Lifetime Estate Sales nor the homeowner are responsible for accidents.
•Be respectful of family and their neighbors and do not block driveway, mailboxes etc.
•We collect sales tax as required by the State. Please bring a filled out resale certificate if you are tax exempt. If you do not have your resale certificate with you, we will charge you sales tax.
•ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All items are considered used, so please check the items yourself. No refunds, No returns!
The Estate of Rev. Furman & Jeanette Lewis
We are pleased to present the estate sale of the late Reverend Furman and his late wife, Jeanette Lewis. Furman was a longtime pastor at Bethlehem Baptist Church and Lavonia First Baptist Church. Jeanette had the gift of hospitality that is plainly seen throughout the home featuring fine linens, crystal and catering items. This older home was originally designed and built by Amilee Graves who was the first woman mayor of Clarkesville.
Beautiful antique furniture, local pottery, art pottery, vintage toys, old books including a pastor's extensive study library, china, crystal, vintage clothes and so much more. See photos for more details.
Parking may be limited the first few hours of the sale but is just a 5 minute walk from downtown. And as always, respect the neighbors, not blocking driveways or parking in grass. Please leave driveway open unless you are loading.
