.We accept cash or check (must be with a Florida bank with a branch in Highlands County. Proper ID and a purchase of $25.00 or more required to pay w/ check). Bring a copy of your current Tax certificate for our file if you desire to shop tax free. No early viewing, prices quoted or items held. In the interest of being fair to everyone, we ask that you attend the sale. Arriving early is always a good idea. Bring a jacket if it is chilly.
If you purchase heavy items we will help if possible but plan on bringing someone to help. We are NOT able to deliver at this time.
