Bring your own bags/bins/boxes/packing materials. Bring help to move large items. This is a full house. This is a hoarders house and there is a lot of dust in the air. For this sale it is best to leave the kids and anyone with asthma trouble at home. Uneven ground and very narrow walkways. If you have trouble walking or need assistance with a walker or wheelchair it is best to skip this one.

This is the first day of the Palmbay hoarder house. It will only be open to the first few rooms in the front. The living room, dining room, kitchen, and one bedroom. This person hoarded items that were brand new in the box or still with their tags. Sale will be in the backyard as well.

we will only be letting in 5 to 8 people in the house at one time given the small space. We will give people 20 minutes and then swap in the next group so that it is fair to everyone.

The backyard will be open to everyone.

this person was an army veteran, a Disney annual passholder, Lego enthusiast, and clock collector. The furniture in the house is beautiful, all wood and from the 1800s. Lots of the clocks are also from the 1800s. Not all are working. There are numerous Legos that are new in the box and never opened. Legos from Toys “R” Us exclusive, Christmas, architecture, friends, and more. Lots of vintage audio equipment and computer games still on the plastic. Three cases of vinyl. This person kept everything!

There will be some T-shirts and jackets for sale. Vintage and new most with the tags still on them.
