•BE CAREFUL shop at your own risk. The warehouse is packed full and boxes are on many shelf levels. Lots of Glass and Tools. Wearing gloves is HIGHLY recommended.
•NO oversized jackets worn into the warehouse.
•NO large purses
•NO strollers
•Please bring help to load your own items - we DON’T help pack, carry, or deliver your purchases at this sale.
•We DO provide packing materials and bags.
•HOLDING Shelves , Bins, and Shopping Baskets will all be available your use to hold your intended purchases while you continue shopping.
•DEALERS please bring a paper COPY of your resale LICENSE to give to the cashier.
•Please do not call or text for prices or pre sales. It is our policy.

Our warehouse sale is packed with estate items... our goal is sell it out to the walls this weekend. This includes industrial shelving and rolling stairs. Utility shelving, refrigerator and microwave. Anything that is left will go in a buy out or to an auction sale. Let us know if you’re interested!
Long forgotten boxes from estate sales will be opened and priced to sell on the spot. There are collectibles and oddities.
We will also bring in additional items to be sold each day of this sale!!! We have more than 1 warehouse and want to clear them all out.
