TERMS OF AUCTION
By registering for this auction, you agree to the terms set below
1. All merchandise at auction is sold strictly “as is and where is” with no warranty or guarantee of any kind expressed or implied. Please inspect items thoroughly before bidding. Once the “gavel drops” or we say “sold” the item changes hands and your bid is a legal and enforceable contract.
2. All merchandise must be paid for in full on the day of the auction by CASH or CREDIT CARD. We do not accept checks. No merchandise will be removed from the building until your invoice is paid in full.
3. A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to the hammer price. Sales tax of 7.5% will also be added unless we have a current Florida resale certificate on file.
4. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Any bidding disputes will be settled by the auctioneer. THE AUCTIONEER’S DECISIONS SHALL BE FINAL AND BINDING.
5. All merchandise purchased must be removed no later than 24 hours after sale completion unless other arrangements have been approved by management.
No checks please, cash and credit cards only. Neither Ortega Trading Company nor the property owner are liable for accidents or injuries. Entrance onto this private property is at your own risk. Regard all restricted areas and understand that if you choose otherwise, you will be asked to leave. All sales final and items are sold as is, where is. You are responsible for thorough inspection of your intended purchases prior to final sale. We may require you to schedule pick up and move of large furnishing and rugs in non-peak times or after sale hours. No large bags, food or drinks and please, please no pets. We love our furry friends but have carpets and fine furnishings. Please bring help to move large items. We have an authorized moving contractor that can be scheduled for a fee.
