All CDC, Maryland and Montgomery County guidelines will be in effect. Temperatures will be taken at the door. Masks are mandatory. Gloves, sanitizer and a wash station will be provided. Surfaces will be disinfected Frequently. Disinfectant and paper towels will be available if you would like to sanitize specific items. Social distancing will be in effect. If you feel these conditions are not to your liking, we hope to see you when the coronavirus is a thing of the past.

Numbers will be handed out to those people in line at 9:30 am. We do not honor temporary numbers. If you arrive and a temporary number system has been initiated, please know that those numbers will not gain you admission to the sale. The first in line will receive the first #. No bags except small purses allowed. Please be prepared to return to your car should you arrive with one. We reserve the right to examine all handbags.
Please bring moving help and packing materials/cloths if you anticipate purchasing larger/heavier items. Our staff will not be available to assist you. We can provide the names of trusted, fairly-priced movers at your request and expense.
In purchasing pre-owned items, you agree to the following conditions: All items are sold "as is" and "where is." No returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted. Please examine all items before purchase. Test all electronics and appliances. We appreciate your business and want you to be happy with your purchases, however due to the nature of estate sales, all transactions are final.
