Please note that placing a bid is a legally binding contract and an agreement to all policies stated below.
ITEMS MUST BE CLAIMED BY APRIL 7th one of the two following ways:
1) Items can be picked up at 10 Jim Gallagher Way in Simsbury, CT on designated days:
Monday April 1 9:30-4
Wednesday April 3 9:30-4
Thursday April 4 1-6:30
Sunday April 7 9:30-4.
Please bring boxes, packing materials and help to move items into your vehicle.
2) Smaller lots can be shipped for cost of postage plus an fee PER LOT for handling and shipping materials, see each lot to see if shipping is available for that lot and the fee. Shipping is charged separately after the auction close. Contact the manager NO LATER than 4 pm Sunday April 7th to arrange for shipping. 860-325-2934, simsburyantiques@gmail.com.
Items not claimed by April 7th by one of the above 2 methods are forfeited without reimbursement.
