Items must be picked up within 7 Days or they stay the property of the owner.
Our estate sales are monitored by a Video Surveillance System. Any theft will be prosecuted.
Attendance and entry is by free will and as such we are not responsible for any injuries onsite.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Alternative pick up times for purchased items potentially available, at which point assistance may be provided for removal of larger items etc.

Featured and for sale in Fairfield, Connecticut from Friday, January 17th - Sunday, January 19th are over 70 original works from the 14th-19th centuries. Many of these works are hundreds of years old but also include Renaissance pieces, religious icons on wood, impressionist works and works from the 20th century.
