2. We Do collect Sales Tax-be prepared to provide documentation if you are tax exempt,
3. All sales are final-there are no refunds or exchanges,
4. Sold items must be removed by the end of the advertised dates of the estate sale. If not removed, the items revert back to the seller with no refund,
5. Persons attending the estate sale assume all risks of damage, injury, or loss to their person and or property and release seller/seller's agent from liability thereof,
6. Security is on site and we do prosecute shoplifters,
7. Disrespectful/disruptive customers will be asked to leave,
8. We Do provide delivery of larger items for an additional fee,
9. Loading/disassembling & hauling of purchased items is the responsibility of the buyer if not using delivery service,
10. All items are sold "AS IS", "WHERE IS" at time of sale-know what you are buying before you buy,
11. Price tag removal/switch will not be tolerated,

What makes this sale so special is that a majority of the items being sold are in multiples and most are new in box.
NOTE: Sale is located in a condominium with very limited space to move around in. It is likely that we will limit the number of people allowed in to the sale at one time so plan accordingly. Because this is a condominium complex, do not park in the resident's parking area as you will be towed.
