Cash only!!! No checks, no cards, no Venmo. Not responsible for any accidents. Bring help to load furniture. Leave back packs and large Purses in your vehicle. No smoking on the property. Since sale had to be moved into the garage and back yard, only 10 people at a time will be allowed to enter garage because of tight space. SUNDAY prices will be between 25%-50% off original price. I do NOT do a straight 1/2 off.
The sale is mostly Chinese items with some other items. Chinese rosewood dining table w/8 chairs, Chinese rosewood China hutch and another display cabinet, a Chinese rosewood marble top half round stand, Chinese rosewood two tier Kareem wire stand, Chinese porcelain vases and lamps, cloisonné vases, Boses wave radio, beautiful paintings, power and hand tools, potted orchids, lots of Xmas stuff, kitchen pots and pans, garden tools, floor and wall tile, and more! Because we had to set up in the garage and out back, we can only allow 10 people into the garage at a time.
