We appreciate your business and look forward to having you at our sale. Please read the following terms and conditions that apply to every sale.
• All items are sold as is without any guarantees or warranties. The buyer is responsible for conducting their own inspection of items prior to purchase and should rely solely upon their own due diligence and inspection. Please inspect items thoroughly before purchasing. No refunds, No returns, No exchanges.
• All sales are final.
• Please bring bags or boxes to carry your items.
• Please bring help to move and load your purchases. We do not have the muscle or manpower to load items.
• All large item purchases must be picked up by 4:00 pm on Saturday. Items not picked up by this time will be considered abandoned. No refunds will be provided.
•We are not responsible for any accidents or losses that occur. The buyer is responsible for any losses after the purchase is completed.
• We reserve the right to limit the number of customers allowed inside as needed to ensure safety and a comfortable estate sale experience.
• Some items may have reserved pricing and will be listed as such. No discounts will be applied to these items at any time during the sale.
• Hours: Thursday 9am till 5pm; Friday 9am till 5pm; Saturday 9am till 4:00pm
• Payment options include cash, Venmo and PayPal
