-Numbers will be put out at 8am on the morning of the sale.
- There will be a Mountain Brook Police Officer at the sale to help direct traffic and assist with parking.
-We accept payment via cash and card only.
-We'll have two movers on site to help bring larger item's out to your vehicle, and delivery is available for an additional fee.
-All items are sold in as-is condition.
-There will be no presales of anything pictured.
-We are not responsible for any accidents on the premises.

This 1960's Mountain Brook ranch house sits on a private double lot within a two minute drive to Crestline Village, and will be listed for sale soon! The house is still with the original family and is absolutely filled with antique and vintage pieces. We have everything from 19th century Wedgwood to 1990's grunge albums, so there's a lot here for everybody.
