Announcements made day of auction take precedence over all written material. A 15% Buyers Premium will be charged on the total purchase price with an extra 3% processing fee for credit cards. A sales tax will be charged on all merchandise sold, the only exception is for those with a valid & verifiable state resale number. For out of state buyers: you must have a copy of your tax certificate or other proof that you are a tax-exempt business owner/agent. Not responsible for accidents.

Stevens Auction Company is pleased to announce its commission to offer at absolute auction the lifelong antique collection of Mark Owens of Huntsville. Mr. Owens has been a prominent business man in the Huntsville area for many years as well as an avid antique collector for over 40. We will be selling the contents of his 1899 Victorian home. There will be over 500 items in this huge one day event with no additions. This auction includes beautiful antique furniture, old clocks, bronze statues, original art work, Victorian art glass, garden statuary and hundreds of other pieces of Southern finery.
The real estate is for sale but will not be sold at auction. Interested persons should contact Tony Neill at 731-926-3133. Tony will be on site for both open house days plus auction day.
